| === Life (Up to the events of Tradeworks) ===

| Born to Abigail Vacarro, Simon had no father that he had ever met. He does not talk much about the first 11 years of his life. His place of birth is impossible to discern. It is speculated that the reason he left home so young is because his mother committed suicide. Bereaved of his mother and only twelve years old, Simon arrived at the border between Mexico and Texas where he he joined in with an outlaw band. Eventually through numerous twists and turns, Simon became a man who valued respect, consideration, and diplomacy, despite his disastrous upbringing. He is a living embodiment of [[wikipedia:Big_stick_ideology#:~:text=Big%20stick%20ideology%2C%20big%20stick,%3B%20you%20will%20go%20far%22.|Big Stick Philosophy]], a diplomat until the breaking point, and once that point is passed-- he is more than capable of passing down decisive cruelties.

| He first appeared on the [[FAS Odyssey of Hope]] alongside another from his universe, though they quickly grew apart due to their intrinsic differences. In his time, he only did a few notable things, most of them relatively inconsequential regardless. His participation was varied, as he always had a mind for somewhere else. He realized it was time to move on after two or so months with the FAS's crew. The day he realized this, he was with [[Jack Mender]], a member of the crew he respected. While on a foreign planet, he saw an anomaly, one that seemed to change his perspective in unintelligible ways.

| After that day, he worked up some resolve. Taking a friend of his named Fast Eddie, he set out again to sate his wanderlust.
